I have been playing Animal Crossing assiduously since its release in March. I returned to studying Chinese in April. Finally, today, I had the genius idea of changing the language settings on AC so now it’s all in Chinese. This is going to be a big challenge to my reading skills but it is a great way to add new flavour to Chinese.

动物森友会 Dòngwù sēnyǒu huì

Literally “Animal Forest Friend Gathering” or more colloquially, “Animal Friends Association”. I’m sure we’ll get lots of fun out of this over the coming weeks.
