Today I tested my hanzi again. I start with the Heisig keyword, then I try to correctly write the character from memory and recall its pinyin spelling, using the correct tones. There are 236 characters in my set, so writing plus pinyin gives me 472 chances to make a mistake. I only made three mistakes…
